The Office of the Vice-Rector of Administration and Finances is the organization responsible for the execution of university policy in everything to do with procurement, programming, organization and control of the University’s financial, administrative and material resources.

This Office of the Vice-Rector consists of the Office of Human Resources, Office of Finances, Office of Information Technology and Office of Infrastructure and Services.
