University spaces

The Universidad de La Frontera, located in the Araucanía Region, features spaces that reflect its commitment to comprehensive education, science, technology, innovation, creativity, and community engagement.

Its infrastructure combines, on the one hand, the tradition of historic buildings (a legacy of national universities formerly based in Temuco), and on the other, modern facilities such as libraries, laboratories, sports areas, and green spaces — all of which form the foundation of a campus that fosters an active university life.

Each of these spaces is designed to support the various dimensions of university life, strengthening the connection between teaching, research, student life, and engagement with the broader community.

These spaces reflect our commitment to quality and continuous improvement, while also aiming to be open, collaborative, and inspiring environments. We invite you to explore them, learn about their services, and discover how they are an essential part of UFRO’s identity.
